Dylan Glass

PT, DPT, SMTC, Sports Physical Therapist, Movement Expert

My name is Dylan and I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in sports and primarily running.

I’ve been a runner for about 13 years now. I didn’t run in high school but played baseball instead. So, the extent of my running was doing foul poles as punishment and laps on a track for conditioning. I then got to college and stayed busy working out and playing intramurals but was not in structured sports any longer. Insert new love for running. I started with shorter distances and slowly but surely got into the longer distances and trails. I was going to school for physical therapy and still training quite a bit so I applied everything I learned to my running. It worked well.

I finished PT school and really wanted to work in sports but I found a great job in outpatient orthopedics. I was able to work with active people but I still had my fair share of unmotivated patients.

I really wanted to only work with people who are 100% motivated and have real goals. That’s why I started R2S. Being a part of the running community and getting to work with athletes and like-minded individuals on a daily basis, impacting their lives, and helping them reach their goals is what R2S is all about.

I love to continue to push my limits, whether it's trail running, road running, baseball and other sports, so I understand that you’re not yourself when you can’t do what you love. Our goal is to allow you to be yourself, push your limits, and reach places you thought were impossible.
